Products All crystals and jewelry are natural or handcrafted items. Due to the nature of these materials, slight variations in color, size, and appearance are expected and are not considered defects. Product photos are representative and your item may vary slightly.

Orders & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed in full before your order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Orders are packed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase. Once your order leaves our hands, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by the carrier.

Refunds & Returns All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for full details on damaged or defective items.

Limitation of Liability The Wolves Crystal Cove is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
